How do I restore my purchases?
Open the Hangar screen, tap the gear icon in the top right, and select 'Restore Purchases'. Make sure you are logged into the same store account used for the original transaction.
The simulator crashes on startup
Check that your mobile device meets the minimum hardware requirements. Try clearing your device cache, closing background applications, and restarting the game to free up system memory.
Where is the new aircraft from the latest patch?
New aircraft unlock automatically in the Hangar once you have downloaded the latest content pack. If it does not appear, tap 'Check for Updates' on the main title screen.
