By accessing our mobile flight simulator titles, interacting with our 'play now' features, or utilizing our support services, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you must not use our games or services.

Our studio continuously works to update and improve the simulation experience. We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Your continued use of our applications following any changes indicates your acceptance of the new terms.

We want all pilots to enjoy a safe and fair airspace. When you join our community, you agree to the following rules:

• You will not use cheats, exploits, automation software, or any unauthorized third-party software designed to modify or interfere with the simulation experience.
• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.
• You will not harass, threaten, or cause distress to other players or our studio team members.
• You must ensure your device meets the technical requirements necessary to run our high-fidelity flight models.

While exploring our games, you may have the opportunity to purchase virtual currency, premium aircraft, custom liveries, or specialized missions. These transactions are processed through respective mobile application stores.

All purchases of virtual goods are final and non-refundable, except where required by applicable consumer law. Virtual items have no real-world monetary value and cannot be exchanged for fiat currency outside of the game environment. We reserve the right to manage, modify, or eliminate virtual items as necessary for the continued balance of our simulations.

All content within our simulator applications, including aircraft models, textures, environmental graphics, soundscapes, interface design, and underlying code, is the exclusive property of Skybound Games or its licensors. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use our games for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes.

You may not copy, distribute, modify, or create derivative works from any element of our titles without express written permission from our studio team.
